Player Card
Player cards are a requirement for the ASA insurance policy carried by the YMCA. Each player is required to fill out a new card for the current season.
Here is the card each player on a team's roster (or three "wild card" players) must sign in order to be in the line-up of each regular and post-season game. Teams can print both sides from the links above, or stop by the YMCA and pick some up. Cards are also available at the Dockrey Field concesssion stand. Fill out and sign your card, and return it to the concession stand before playing softball. Cards with rosters will remain on file at the field.
